and Company Secretary, but they can't be the same person.
Apart form the basic responsibilities of the Company Secretary, depending
on the size and nature of your company, the role can have a good deal
of planning and work attached to it that may require specialist skills
to carry out in the most benficial way to the company and its stakeholders.
